These terms govern the use of the NoFlyer service. This is an MVP template to complete and validate, in particular regarding subscription and liability.

Purpose

NoFlyer provides short-term rental owners with a tool to create a public information page for their properties, accessible by link or QR code.

Acceptance

Using the service implies acceptance of these terms.

Owner account

The owner is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Published content

The owner is solely responsible for the content they publish. They warrant that they hold the necessary rights to uploaded media and undertake not to publish any unlawful content.

Chatbot

The chatbot provides automatically generated answers, limited to the property public context. Its answers are indicative, may contain errors and have no contractual value.

Subscription and billing (product to confirm)

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by the payment provider. Exact terms (plans, pricing, cancellation) are to be confirmed: TODO_FOUNDER_REVIEW.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” in its MVP version. NoFlyer endeavours to keep the service available without guaranteeing the absence of interruption.

Liability (legal review required)

Governing law

French law, subject to any mandatory contrary provision (to be confirmed).
